I am trying to develop an adapter board to use the XF551 with the NEC FD3238T/H slim line floppy drives.  I have found one pinout that claims to be a standard conversion, but I am not able to get the power led to light on the drive. 

This is the conversion I am using.  Can someone tell me if this is correct for this floppy drive connector?
